Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Research Associate: Ph.D. in Food Technology / Food Processing / Food Engineering or a relevant discipline. Candidates with research experience during Ph.D./Postdoctoral research in plant proteins, protein characterization, food processing, extrusion technology, meat analogues, or related areas will be preferred. NET-qualified candidates with relevant research experience during their Ph.D. will be preferred.
• Technical Assistant: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Processing / Biotechnology / Life Science or a relevant discipline. Candidates with practical experience in laboratory work, sample preparation, analytical techniques, or handling of laboratory equipment will be preferred. Only candidates with relevant qualifications and experience need to apply.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based on an online interview conducted on 15 October 2026.
• Research Associate: Online interview scheduled at 12:00 noon on 15 October 2026.
• Technical Assistant: Online interview scheduled at 2:30 PM on 15 October 2026.
