1. Age Limit (as on 15/10/2026)

  • Technical Assistant: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 28 years.
  • Technical Officer: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 30 years.

  • The selection for the post of Technical Assistant and Technical Officer will be made based on the following two-stage process:
  • Trade Test (Qualifying Nature): Candidates shortlisted based on eligibility will appear for a trade test in their respective discipline. This test is only qualifying and its marks will not be counted for the final merit list.
  • Competitive Written Examination: Candidates who qualify the trade test will appear for an OMR-based or Computer Based Objective Type examination. The exam consists of three papers:
  • Note: The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined performance of candidates in Paper-II and Paper-III only. Paper-I is qualifying in nature.
