Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Senior Resident (Non-Academic): Post Graduation Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or equivalent in respective discipline from recognized University/Institute as provided under the Residency Scheme. DM/MCh/DNB or equivalent in respective discipline from recognized University/Institute as provided under the Residency Scheme.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of publishing the notification on the Institute website.
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 Years, OBC: 3 Years, PwD (OPH): 10 Years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Document Verification: Upon reporting, applications and required documents are verified.
  • Personal Interview: Selection is based solely on performance in the personal interview (conducted in hybrid mode, online/offline).
  • Merit List Preparation: A merit list (selected and waiting) is prepared based on the interview.
  • Waiting List: Vacancies arising due to non-joining/resignation will be filled from the waiting list in order of merit.
  • TA/DA: No TA/DA/Accommodation will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (MD/MS/DNB)
  • Scanned Certificates (PDF), Photograph (Image), Signature (Image), and NEFT Payment Receipt (PDF) for online form.
  • Self-attested copies of eligibility documents for interview day.
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/OH) issued by appropriate Competent Authority.
  • Disability Certificate signed by Medical Board (if applicable).
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer (if currently employed).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
