Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • PMU Lead - Banking Operations Expert: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Banking, Finance, or Management. Minimum 8-10 years experience in banking operations.
  • Tech/Digital Expert: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics. Minimum 8-10 years experience in Banking IT and Digital Banking.
  • Accounting & Financial Management Expert: CA/CS/LLB/MBA (Finance). Minimum 7-10 years experience in banking compliance and finance.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Screening of applications based on qualification and experience.
  • Personal Interview and/or interaction by the Selection Committee.
  • NABCONS reserves the right to shortlist candidates. No TA/DA will be paid.
