Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification (LD Typist): As per rules prescribed by the Kerala High Court / Government of Kerala.
• Mandatory Eligibility Clause: The applicant must be a retired person from any of the following:Kerala Judicial Ministerial Service (KJMS)Kerala Judicial Ministerial Service-equivalent departmentsAny other Government of Kerala department
• Preference: Candidates who have retired specifically from the Kerala Judicial Ministerial Service shall be given preference during screening.
• Age Limit: Candidates must not have completed 62 years of age. Retirement must have occurred upon attaining 62 years or as per the applicable service rules.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Application Screening: All received applications are scrutinised for completeness, eligibility (retired status), and correctness of age, qualifications, and credentials.
• Document Verification: Original certificates are verified at the time of appointment.
• Contract Agreement Execution: Selected candidates must execute a contract agreement in the prescribed format before the District Judge, Pathanamthitta, at the time of joining.
