Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting: Based on eligibility. Mere fulfillment does not guarantee interview call. The Bank's shortlisting committee will decide parameters.
  • Interview: Carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks at Bank's discretion.
  • CTC Negotiation: Held with candidates in merit order. Non-acceptance leads to voluntary exit, and the next candidate is considered.
  • Merit List: Prepared solely based on interview scores. Tie-breaker: Age (higher age ranks higher).
  • Final Selection: Top candidates from merit list with successful CTC negotiation.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Upload all required documents during online application (Photograph, Signature, Resume, ID Proof, Qualification, Experience, Caste/PwBD certificates, etc.).
  • Candidates must produce original documents at the time of interview for verification.
  • Hard copy of application need NOT be sent to the bank.
