Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Essential: Must be a working Anganwadi Sevika under Samagra Bal Vikas Seva Yojna within Buxar district.
  • Domicile: Permanent resident of Buxar district.
  • Education: Matriculation (10th) or equivalent examination pass.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of continuous service as an Anganwadi Sevika as on 01.01.2026.
  • Age: Upper age limit 45 years as on 01.01.2026 (with 11-year relaxation).
  • Category Certificates: Valid caste/EWS/creamy layer certificates in prescribed Central/State format for reserved categories.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Merit List Preparation: Based on aggregate marks obtained in educational qualifications (Matric, Intermediate, Graduation, Post-Graduation).
  • Bonus Marks for Service: 1 mark per completed year of continuous service as Anganwadi Sevika (max 10 marks for 10 years).
  • Additional Bonus: Marks for National/State awards received as Anganwadi Sevika; marks for higher educational degrees (Intermediate, Graduation, PG) subject to prior departmental permission.
  • Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates called for counselling/document verification.
  • Disqualification: Candidates with adverse records or disciplinary action are excluded.
  • No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be paid for attending counselling or document verification.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Two hard copies of the submitted online application form.
  • Self-attested copies of all marksheets, certificates (educational, caste, residential, experience).
  • Experience certificate countersigned by CDPO specifying exact years of service.
  • Character certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer.
  • Envelope must be superscribed: "Application for Lady Supervisor post under Anganwadi Sevika".
  • Send only by Registered Post to District Programme Officer, Buxar. Hand delivery or ordinary post rejected.
  • Original registered postal receipt must be produced during counselling.
  • Selected candidates must submit medical fitness certificate from Civil Surgeon before joining.
