Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: Full-time post-graduate degree/diploma in Marketing or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University. Graduates with 4 years of experience handling a team in the Frozen Segment are also eligible.
  • Experience – Deputy Manager: Minimum 6 years' full-time experience in marketing & sales in Frozen/Dairy/FMCG/FMCD/Retail sector.
  • Experience – Assistant Manager: Minimum 4 years' full-time experience in marketing & sales in Frozen/Dairy/FMCG/FMCD/Retail sector.
  • Preferred Profile: Minimum 2 years' experience in Frozen/Ice Cream business at Executive Level or higher.
  • Technical/Functional Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint; social media tech-savviness; supply chain knowledge; manpower management; market/consumer behavior analysis.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient (read, write, speak) in any two of Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, and English.
