Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University.
  • Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 Minutes @ 80 words per minute in English. Transcription: 50 minutes in English (only on computers).
  • Experience: Two-year relevant experience in a government or reputed private organization.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Applications will be screened and shortlisted based on essential educational qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted applicants will be called for a written test and skill test for further selection. No TA/DA will be paid.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
