Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Post Name: District Program Manager
• Education: Graduation in any discipline including AYUSH, along with MBA in Healthcare Management or Masters in Health/Hospital Administration or Post Graduation Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (Two Years).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Public Health program. Experience in the Health sector including AYUSH is desirable.
• Skills: Knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel is desirable.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 60 years as on 1 August 2023.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Evaluation of academic marks (50% weightage).
• Evaluation of experience (30% weightage).
• Personal interview (20% weightage).
• A screening written test may be conducted if the number of applications increases considerably.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Recent Passport-size Photograph.
• 10th and 12th Mark Sheets.
• Semester-wise Mark Sheets and Degree Certificates.
• Caste and Domicile Certificates (must not be older than 6 months from the last date of application).
• Maximum 18 days leave is allowed during a calendar year.
• The engagement is for 1 year, extendable based on performance with 3% annual enhancement based on satisfactory performance.
