Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Para-Legal Volunteer (Adhikar Mitra):Educational Qualification: Literate, preferably matriculate with overall comprehension capacity.Other Conditions: Preference shall be given to applicants who do not rely solely on this income but have a mindset to assist the needy under the NALSA Para-Legal Volunteer Scheme.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection for the post of Para-Legal Volunteer (Adhikar Mitra) will be based on a direct interview/screening process by DLSA Barnala. Candidates must carry original documents for verification. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview/document verification process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All relevant Educational Certificates and Mark Sheets.
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and a Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Send the completed application along with self-attested copies to: Office of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Barnala, Punjab. Ensure it reaches before 30 October 2026 (05:00 PM).
