Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Associate Senior Design Instructor: Degree in relevant discipline with 4 years post-qualification experience OR Diploma with 6 years post-qualification experience.
  • Design Instructor: 3 years Diploma with 4 years experience OR Degree with 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Technical Instructor: 3 years Diploma with 4 years experience OR Degree with 2 years post-qualification experience.
  • Desirable: Post Graduate Degree in relevant discipline.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection may include a written test followed by a trade test, or other screening methods as determined by the Institute. Shortlisted candidates will be called based on essential and desirable qualifications. No TA/DA will be paid for attending written tests or trade tests. Second AC train fare reimbursement will be provided to shortlisted candidates attending personal interviews from their current workplace or hometown.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Instructions: Separate applications for each post. Qualifications must be from UGC-recognized institutions. Government/PSU employees must apply through proper channel or upload NOC. Canvassing leads to disqualification.

What is the application fee?

  • ₹500 for General/OBC candidates, ₹250 for SC/ST/EWS candidates, and exempted for PwD candidates.

What is the salary structure?

  • Pay Level 6 and Pay Level 7 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix; gross monthly salary approximately Rs. 74,000 to Rs. 93,000.
