Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must be Indian Nationals possessing qualifications prescribed under the R&P Rules, 2015 as on the date of online application submission.
  • Librarian (Group-C): Graduation with post-graduate diploma in Library Science or Bachelor's / Master's degree in Library Science. Minimum 3 years' experience as Library Attendant or on a higher post in a reputed organization including public institution.
  • Peon (Group-D): Must have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board.
  • Mali (Group-D): Must have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board, along with 3 years' experience in gardening.
  • Cook-cum-Attendant (Group-D): Must have passed Matriculation from a recognized Board, along with 3 years' experience in cooking in a government undertaking or reputed hotel. Preference to candidates acquainted with local customs and dialects where to be deployed.

How to Apply for HP High Court Recruitment

  • Visit the official recruitment portal at https://www.hphcrecruitment.in/login or https://highcourt.hp.gov.in/.
  • Verify eligibility in terms of essential qualification, category, age, and experience before applying.
  • Fill out the online application form with required personal and educational details.
  • Upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, matric certificate, ID proof, and category/experience certificates in specified file size and format.
  • Pay the examination fee through online mode.
  • Submit the online application on or before 27 October 2026 at 11:59 PM.
  • Retain a printout or screenshot of the successfully submitted application for your records.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Photograph: Colour recent photograph (20–50 KB in JPG/JPEG/PNG on white background)
  • Signature: Scanned signature (10–20 KB in JPG/JPEG/PNG on white background)
  • Matriculation Certificate as date-of-birth proof (100–500 KB in JPG/JPEG/PNG)
  • ID Proof such as Aadhaar, Driving Licence, or Passport (100–500 KB in JPG/JPEG/PNG)
  • Category / Bonafide / Experience Certificates issued by competent authorities where applicable (100 KB–2 MB in PDF format)

Key Instructions

  • Applications are accepted only in online mode; any other mode will be rejected straightway.
  • Experience and qualification are reckoned as on the date of online application submission.
  • Government / semi-government employees must apply through proper channel and submit an NOC addressed to the Registrar General within 15 days from the last date.
  • Category claimed at the time of application is treated as final; expired category certificates will be considered under UR category.
  • Re-checking or re-evaluation of answer sheets is not permitted at any stage.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination / evaluation.
