Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Qualification: Minimum Matriculation (10th) pass from a recognised educational institution.
• Mandatory Training: Completion of at least one 05 (five)-day training programme under the Directorate of Agriculture and Horticulture, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Department, Government of Jharkhand.
• Language: Knowledge of local languages (Khortha and Santhali) is mandatory.
• Physical Skills: Proficiency in cycling and climbing trees is required.
• Residency: Must be a permanent local resident of Giridih district. Candidates from the concerned blocks receive preference.
• Age Relaxation: EBC/BC men up to 37 years; Women (UR/EWS/EBC/BC) up to 38 years; SC/ST (Men & Women) up to 40 years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Scrutiny of applications for eligibility and document verification.
• Merit evaluation out of 100 marks: Matric marks (x 0.6, max 60) + Training duration (max 25) + Interview (15).
• Physical qualifying test: Cycling and tree-climbing ability assessment.
• Final verification of original certificates before appointment.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the selection process.
