🎯 Selection Process
- Merit List: Separate merit lists will be prepared for the three posts based on the Normalized GATE 2026 Score (out of 100).
- No Written Exam/Interview: Selection is entirely score-based.
- Inter-se Seniority (AM(T) Cadre): Fixed in a 9:1 ratio between Electrical and Non-Electrical streams.
- Training: Selected candidates undergo one year of training (3 months academic + 9 months field), followed by a final assessment for absorption (minimum 65% marks required).
