Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences from a recognised institution. This includes B.Sc / M.Sc. Nursing, or a degree in any recognised allied health sciences discipline such as Medical Lab Technology, Dialysis Technology, Perfusion Technology, Cardiac Technology, OT Technology, or other equivalent Allied Health Sciences disciplines.
• Preferable Qualifications: One year of clinical trial experience; computer skills with patient-level database data entry capability. Candidates with research experience, good communication skills in Tamil, and basic computer skills will be given preference.
• Age Limit: The candidate must be less than 30 years of age as on 30 September 2026.
• Availability: Only candidates who can join by 10 November 2026 are requested to attend the walk-in interview.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for the Clinical Trial Coordinator post at JIPMER will be conducted through the following stages on 3 November 2026 at the Department of Nephrology, JIPMER, Puducherry:
• Document Verification (9:00 AM): Candidates must report to the Department of Nephrology at 9:00 AM with all original documents and certificates for verification.
• Written Test (Same Day): Shortlisted candidates from document verification will be called for a written test to assess subject knowledge and research aptitude.
• Skill Test (Same Day): Candidates who qualify the written test will undergo a skill test evaluating clinical trial coordination and data entry capabilities.
• Interview (2:00 PM): Candidates shortlisted from the written test and skill test will be called for a final interview scheduled at 2:00 PM at the Department of Nephrology, JIPMER.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in selection process. All expenses must be borne by the candidate.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates attending the walk-in interview on 03 November 2026 must carry the following original documents along with one set of photocopies:
• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• Proof of Residence
• B.Sc / M.Sc. Degree Certificate and All Consolidated Mark Sheets (Nursing or Allied Health Sciences)
• Clinical Trial / Research Experience Certificate on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Note: Candidates who cannot join by 10 November 2026 are requested not to attend the walk-in interview. Incomplete documents will lead to disqualification.

3. Is there any application fee for JIPMER Clinical Trial Coordinator walk-in?

• No. There is no application fee for attending the walk-in interview. This is a project-based contractual recruitment where candidates simply need to report in person with required documents. However, candidates must bear all their own travel and accommodation expenses as No TA/DA will be paid.

5. What is the salary for JIPMER Clinical Trial Coordinator?

• The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly pay of ₹21,500. There is no separate HRA, DA, or other allowances since this is a project-based contractual position under a research grant.

6. What qualifications are required for JIPMER Clinical Trial Coordinator post?

• Candidates must hold a B.Sc / M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences from a recognised institution. Accepted disciplines include B.Sc / M.Sc.
