Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• Note: The salary is a consolidated project-based remuneration. The candidate will NOT be entitled to Central Government service benefits such as pension, CGHS, or post-retirement benefits.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Research Scientist-II (Post Doctoral Fellow): Route A: PhD degree in the relevant branch of Science/Technology. Candidates holding an M.Sc. degree must have a CGPA not below 6.0 on a 10-point scale or 55% marks in M.Sc. Route B: First-class Post Graduate Degree in a relevant subject (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, etc.) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification R&D / working experience. Relevant hands-on laboratory experience and a strong background in Bioinformatics / Parasite Culture are required.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisting based on merit: Applications will be screened against the prescribed eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email / official website.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (venue and date to be communicated by the university). The final selection will be based on interview performance and relevant experience.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the last date (12 October 2026) will not be considered.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• All Degree Certificates and Consolidated Mark Sheets (M.Sc./PhD/Post Graduate as applicable).
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (minimum 3 years R&D experience for PG Degree route).
• Laboratory / Hands-on experience evidence (Bioinformatics / Parasite Culture expertise preferred).
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs and a Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Complete Bio-Data including personal details, educational qualifications, and experience summary.
• Self-attested copies of all supporting documents to be attached with the email application.
• Clearly mention the post applied for in the subject line of the email.
• Retain a copy of the sent email for future reference.
