Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Gender & Residency: Female candidates who are native residents of Chhattisgarh. Case Worker must be a resident of the local community.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 years and 35 years of age as of 01-01-2026. The maximum upper age limit including all relaxations issued by the General Administration Department of Chhattisgarh shall not exceed 45 years.
• Psycho-social Counsellor: Any woman having a professional degree/diploma in psychology/psychiatry/neuroscience with a background in the health sector and preferably with at least 3 years experience of working within a Government or Non-Government health project/programme at the district level.
• Case Worker: Any woman having a Bachelor in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology with at least 3 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in a Government or Non-Government Project/Programme.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection process for WCD Balodabazar Recruitment 2026 is conducted through a walk-in interview followed by a skill test. The schedule on the interview day is as follows:
• 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Registration and collection of applications.
• 01:00 PM: Preliminary claim and objection list publication.
• 01:15 PM - 01:45 PM: Receiving claims and objections.
• 02:00 PM - 02:30 PM: Disposal of received claims and objections.
• 03:00 PM: Publication of the final eligibility list.
• 03:30 PM - 04:30 PM: Skill test for a maximum of 10 participants in order of merit.
• 04:30 PM - 05:30 PM: Interview.
• TA/DA Policy: Not Specified in the Notification.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Applicants must bring the application in the prescribed format with self-attested copies of required certificates and mark sheets, along with original documents for verification.
• Application form in the prescribed format filled properly with a passport-size photograph affixed and signed across.
• Self-attested copies of 10th marksheet / birth certificate for age verification.
• Self-attested copies of 12th marksheet, Graduation marksheet, Post Graduation marksheet (if applicable), and professional degrees or diplomas.
• Caste certificate and permanent residential certificate of Chhattisgarh issued by a competent authority.
• Employment registration card copy.
• Complete and verified work experience certificates issued by the employer through a competent authority.
• Identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.
• One self-addressed envelope affixed with a Rs. 10 postal stamp.
• Original documents along with self-attested copies for verification during the process.
