Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum.
  • Experience: 5 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 3 years as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or in an equivalent cadre in a bank.
  • Other Conditions: The candidate must not have any pending vigilance case or adverse observation from the RBI or a Statutory Authority.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Scrutiny of applications and preparation of a shortlist.
  • Communication of interview details (mode, date, time) to shortlisted candidates via post or e-mail.
  • Personal Interview (Direct or Video Conferencing).
  • The decision of the bank regarding eligibility, interview, and final selection is absolute and final. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. No TA/DA is payable to candidates for appearing in the interview.
