Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• This recruitment is on a deputation/absorption basis. Eligible candidates must be officers of the Central Government, State Government, Union Territory Administration, or Autonomous Bodies currently holding analogous posts or equivalent within the prescribed Pay Levels. • Deputy Registrar & Director (Administration): Officers holding analogous post at Pay Level-12 or equivalent with relevant administrative and/or judicial experience.
• Principal Private Secretary: Officers holding analogous post at Pay Level-11 or equivalent with stenography and secretarial experience.
• Court Master: Officers holding analogous post at Pay Level-7 or equivalent.
• Judicial Assistant – Filing: Officers holding analogous post at Pay Level-6 or equivalent with filing and judicial clerk experience.
• Librarian: Officers holding analogous post at Pay Level-6 or equivalent with library management experience.
• Stenographer Grade-D: Officers holding analogous post at Pay Level-4 or equivalent with stenography skills.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection of candidates will be made on deputation/absorption basis through the following process:
• Application Screening: The applications received will be screened by APTEL for eligibility as per the prescribed criteria in the vacancy circular.
• Scrutiny of Documents: Candidates shortlisted on eligibility will be required to submit original documents including Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs), Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity Certificate for verification.
• Approval by Competent Authority: The final selection/acceptance of the deputation candidate will be approved by the competent authority after satisfactory verification of credentials.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates appearing for the deputation process at APTEL.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates applying on deputation basis must attach the following documents with their application:
• Application/letter addressed to the Registrar, APTEL, New Delhi
• Copy of Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the last five years
• Vigilance Clearance and Integrity Certificate from the cadre authority
• Copies of relevant Service Records — Posting Orders, Pay Fixation Orders
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the cadre/present posting authority
• Up-to-date particulars of the officer including contact details
• Two recent passport-size photographs and a valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Applications must reach the Registrar, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), Core-4, 7th Floor, Scope Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 within six weeks from the publication of this vacancy circular in the Employment News.
