Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Required Qualification: Retired officer of the Civil Engineering department in HAG (Higher Administrative Grade) or SAG (Senior Administrative Grade) of Indian Railways / IR PSUs.
• Experience: Must have worked in HAG/SAG before retirement with adequate experience in open-line operations and execution of large-scale construction projects.
• Age Limit: The candidate must not exceed 62 years of age as on the date of the notification (03 November 2026).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based on the scrutiny of the application and the eligibility of the retired officer.
• Engagement is subject to Vigilance and D&AR clearance of the candidate, if required.
• Engagement Period: Initial period of 1 year, extendable year-to-year up to a maximum of 3 years based on satisfactory performance.
• Management reserves the right to discontinue the post or alter the recruitment procedure without citing any reason.
