Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Electrician: Candidate must possess an ITI certificate in Electrical trade from a recognized institute.
• Record Assistant: Candidate must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
• Mali/Gardiner: Candidate must be able to read and write any one of the regional languages (Telugu / Hindi / English).
• Sanitary Attender: Candidate must be able to read and write any one of the regional languages (Telugu / Hindi / English).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for the outsourcing posts at Dr YSR Horticultural University will be carried out through the following stages:
• Merit-Based Screening: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their qualifications and educational merit.
• Walk-In Interview: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a personal interview at the designated venue on 13 October 2026.
• Document Verification: Original documents and self-attested photocopies will be verified at the interview venue.
• Screening Clause: If the number of eligible candidates is significantly higher than the number of vacancies, the University reserves the right to conduct a screening written test before the interview. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Dearness Allowance) will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• ITI (Electrical) Certificate and Mark Sheets (for Electrician post only)
