Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• The JRF post is under the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, College of Biotechnology, CCS HAU, Hisar. The appointment is temporary, initially up to 31.03.2027, extendable up to the duration of the funded project.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Agricultural Biotechnology / Molecular Biology & Biotechnology / Bio-nanotechnology from a recognized university with NET qualification.
• Age Limit (as on last date of application): 35 years for male candidates; 40 years for female candidates.
• Medical Fitness: A medical fitness certificate from the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of CCS HAU will be required at the time of joining.
• Reporting Requirement: The candidate must report to duty within 10 days from the date of issue of the appointment order. Failure to do so will result in the offer being treated as withdrawn.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection Method: Direct Interview on 20 November 2026 at 10:00 AM in the Office of Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar.
• No separate interview letters will be issued. Candidates must carry original certificates with one set of self-attested copies to the interview.
• Copies of research publications, if any, must be produced at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Incomplete applications received after the last date will be rejected without correspondence.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Documentary proof of place and date of birth (Matriculation Certificate / Birth Certificate)
• Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC / GEN) in prescribed format, if applicable
• Self-attested copies of all degree certificates and mark sheets from Matriculation onwards
• Documentary evidence of NET / national-level exam qualification
• Proof of research experience (publications and experience certificates)

• One recent passport-size photograph
