Selection Process & Duty Profile

  • The selection for the 4 vacancies at AHVS Nagaland will be conducted through a walk-in interview on 15 October 2026 at the Directorate Conference Hall in Kohima. All eligible candidates carrying original and photocopies of required documents must report at the venue by 11:00 AM.
  • Candidates should note the following important provisions:
  • Selected candidates will be posted on a temporary basis, and the posts are co-terminus with the Centrally Sponsored Scheme under which they are sanctioned.
  • Duties involve extensive field work, including travelling from village to village across Nagaland as part of routine responsibilities.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.
  • No separate call letter or admit card will be issued; candidates must appear in person with self-attested photocopies of all documents.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates attending the walk-in interview must carry the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:
  • HSLC / Matriculation / Equivalent Admit Card as proof of date of birth.
  • Mark sheets and Pass / Provisional Pass Certificates from matriculation onwards for all academic qualifications.
  • Certificate Course in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
  • Indigenous Inhabitant Certificate of Nagaland (mandatory for all posts).
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST) Certificate in the prescribed Central/State Government format.
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and a valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or PAN Card).
