  • Note: The single Project Associate position may be filled at the PA-I or PA-II level depending on the candidate's post-qualification research experience.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Research Associate-I: Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Candidates must have at least one first-author research article published in a reputed peer-reviewed journal. Desirable: proven proficiency in core molecular and cellular biology techniques. Age limit: 35 years.
  • Project Associate-I: B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Tech degree in any branch of Life Sciences or Chemical Sciences from a recognized university. Age limit: 35 years.
  • Project Associate-II: B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.Tech degree in any branch of Life Sciences or Chemical Sciences from a recognized university, with at least two (2) years of post-qualification research experience in the relevant field. Age limit: 35 years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be conducted on the day of the walk-in interview through the following stages:
  • Written Test (if applicable) — a screening written test may be conducted to shortlist candidates.
  • Skill Test and/or Interview — candidates who clear the written test (if conducted) will be evaluated through a skill test or direct interview.
  • Document Verification — original documents will be verified on the spot.
  • Candidates are mandatorily required to deposit their mobile phone along with a valid identity proof at the reception upon arrival. The phone will be returned only upon completion of the entire selection process.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates must carry the following documents in original along with one set of photocopies:
  • Latest CV / Resume
  • One set of photocopies of all documents in support of educational qualification and research experience
  • Original documents available for on-the-spot verification
  • Valid Government-issued Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN Card)
  • First-author research publication in a peer-reviewed journal (mandatory for Research Associate-I candidates)
  • Experience certificates on official organization letterhead (for Project Associate-II candidates)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Candidates must report at 9:00 AM on 22 October 2026 at the designated THSTI campus venue in Faridabad. Late arrivals may not be entertained.
