Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Class X passed with a Diploma or Post Diploma holder from a recognised institution in the particular field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in the field.
  • Performance: Ability to give a solo performance for about 2 hours.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to sing, conduct dance programmes (nattuvangam), and take part in Kalakshetra productions.
  • Teaching: Ability to handle all junior and senior level classes and theory in English.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of South Indian languages and Hindi.
  • Ability to write music and dance notations.
