Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Doctor (Medical Officer): MBBS from a recognized institution along with valid Medical Council registration. MD or equivalent qualification in Psychiatry is preferable. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience.
• Counsellor: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be through a Walk-in Interview scheduled on 15 October 2026.
• Candidates must report at the venue with all original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies.
• If a screening written test is required (in case candidates exceed the stipulated number), it will be conducted at the venue as per official notification.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the walk-in interview.
• Final selection is subject to verification of documents and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• MBBS Degree with Medical Council Registration (Doctor post) OR Master's Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology (Counsellor post) — originals and self-attested photocopies
• All relevant Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Duly filled application form as required in the official notification
