Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• The educational qualification and post-qualification experience for each post code are detailed in the vacancy table above. The following general eligibility conditions apply:
• The requisite educational qualification must be acquired through a Regular/Full-Time course only. Certificate courses may also be acquired through part-time mode.
• Qualifications must be from Universities/Institutes recognised by the Government, or accredited by councils/bodies such as UGC/AICTE/MCI/ICAI/ICSI set up by the Central or State Government.
• Work experience must be in a full-time job on a regular salary basis in the relevant area stipulated against the respective post code. Freelance and entrepreneurial experience are not considered.
• Periods of on-the-job training as Management Trainee (MT)/Executive Trainee (ET)/Graduate Trainee (GT) in PSUs only may be considered as work experience. Articleship, Internship, Academic Project, Teaching, or Research experience is not considered.
• Period of apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act is considered for ascertaining post-qualification experience.
• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• The age limit for General/EWS category candidates is up to 50 years (as specified per post code), with the cut-off date for age and experience being 25 September 2026.

Salary & Benefits Structure

• Site/Metro Allowance: 7.5% of consolidated pay as Site Allowance for project/site locations; 2.5% for Metro locations.
• Annual Increment: 3% of consolidated pay (rounded to the next ten rupees), as per company rules.
