Desirable Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Experience of clinical trial or public health project management in a recognised organisation or institute (academic clinical trials unit, CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or device company).
  • Demonstrable experience of line management, project management concepts, and ability to understand, explain and communicate project concepts using standard tools and templates.

Selection Process

  • The selection of candidates for the post of Project Manager (Monitoring) at THSTI will be based on a walk-in interview scheduled on 28 October 2026. Candidates must arrive at the venue by 09:00 AM. Candidates arriving after the scheduled time slot will not be entertained. During the interview process, candidates are required to deposit their mobile phones at the reception along with valid identity proof, which will be returned upon completion of the entire selection process. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

Required Documents and Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates reporting for the walk-in interview must carry the following documents:
  • Latest CV / Resume
  • One set of photocopies of all documents in support of educational qualification and experience
  • All original documents for verification at the venue
  • Valid Government-issued Photo ID Card (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN / Passport) for verification
  • Post Graduate Degree / PhD Certificate and Mark Sheets in any branch of Life Sciences
  • Experience Certificates on official letterhead verifying clinical trial monitoring experience (minimum 5 years for PG Degree holders or 2 years for PhD holders, as applicable)
  • Important Instruction: Candidates must mandatorily deposit their mobile phone along with valid identity proof at the reception upon arrival at THSTI. Mobile phones will be returned only upon completion of the entire selection process. Any candidate arriving after the scheduled time slot will not be permitted.
