Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Officer-in-Charge (OIC): Graduate in any discipline. Candidates must be ex-Servicemen / Defence Officers drawing pension.
• Medical Officer: MBBS from a recognized medical college. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Medical Specialist: MD / MS / DNB from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Gynecologist: MD / MS / DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Safaiwala: Literate (able to read and write). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• IT Network Technician (ECWF Fund): Diploma or Certificate in IT / Network related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience.
• MTS (ECWF Fund): 8th Pass from a recognized school. Minimum 5 years of experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• 10 Days On-the-Job Training (OJT): Shortlisted candidates will undergo 10 days of on-the-job training at the designated ECHS Polyclinic / Station.
• Interview: Candidates who complete the OJT phase will be called for a personal interview on 24 October 2026.
• Document Verification: Original documents will be verified during the interview or training phase.
• Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview. This is a contractual engagement and does not confer permanent government service status.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Self-attested copies of all the above documents to be enclosed with the application form
• Send the completed application by Speed Post / Registered Post to the address mentioned in the official notification so that it reaches by 12 October 2026
• Keep a photocopy of the submitted application for future reference
