Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Case Worker: Female candidates native to Karur District. Must possess a Postgraduate / Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Development Studies, or Sociology. Must have 3 years of work experience in Government or Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
• Information Technology Worker: Female candidates native to Karur District. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognized university, with computer study qualification and Senior Grade typewriting certification in both Tamil and English. Must have 3 years of work experience in Government or Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
• Age Limit: Within 40 years of age as of the closing date.
• Job Nature: Temporary engagement on consolidated pay on a 24X7 basis working under rotational shifts (3X8).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates will be selected based on verification of educational qualifications, experience certificates, and profile matching the specific requirements. If the number of eligible candidates exceeds the threshold, a screening written test or interview may be conducted. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process.
