Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• To be eligible for the Registrar post, candidates must satisfy all three of the following conditions:
• Educational Qualification: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale. 5% relaxation in Master's marks for SC/ST and Departmental candidates. 5% relaxation (from 55% to 50%) for Ph.D. holders who passed Master's before 19th September, 1991.
• Experience (ANY ONE of the following): At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in AGP of Rs. 7000/- and above, OR 8 years of service in AGP of Rs. 8000/- and above (including Associate Professor), along with experience in educational administration. Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other Institutions of Higher Education. 15 years of Administrative Experience, of which at least 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
• Computer Literacy: Certificate of D.O.E.A.C. 'C.C.C.', 'O' level, 'A' level, 'B' level, 'C' level, MSCIT, GECT Certificate, or a Certificate in Computer Operation prescribed by the Govt. of Maharashtra. (Applicants not holding the certificate must produce it within two years of appointment).
• Note: Proficiency in the Marathi language is essential. Qualifications must be fulfilled as on 1st December 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The appointment will be made purely on the recommendation of a selection committee constituted as per the Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University Act 2023. The process includes:
• Screening of applications to shortlist candidates.
• Personal Interview.
• Verification of original documents at the time of the interview.
• Canvassing in any form is a disqualification. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview. Candidates not shortlisted will receive no correspondence regarding the interview schedule.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Duly filled Prescribed Application Form on A-4 paper with pasted passport-size photograph (attested).
• Registration Fee Payment Receipt (Indian Overseas Bank, Pande Layout, Nagpur; Ac No: 242101029082023; IFSC: IOBA0002421).
• Self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials in TEN (10) SETS.
• Duly filled Proforma-A, Declaration-II (Small Family Rule), Declaration-I, and detailed Bio-data.
• Caste, Caste Validity, and Non-creamy layer certificates (for reserved category candidates).
• Application must be sent in a cloth-lined envelope mentioning the Advertisement No. and Post Name.
• Applications must reach the University by 1st December 2026, 5:00 PM. Email or digital submissions are not entertained.
