  • Educational Qualification & Experience:Graduate degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Architecture with 18 years of experience (5 years managerial) in building materials/low-cost housing technology. Deputation candidates require equivalent service and grade in Government/PSU.
  • Job Responsibilities:Promoting innovative building materials and technologies, capacity building, natural disaster mitigation, project management and consultancy, administration and management of the Council, and overall supervision of the Council's programmes.
  • Age Limit:Direct Recruitment: Not exceeding 55 years. Deputation: Not exceeding 56 years. Contract: Maximum retiring age of BMTPC employees.
