Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Essential Qualification (Project Engineer — Civil): Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognised University. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in building construction and/or road construction. Experience must include Design, Site Supervision, MBook Recording, Bill Preparation & Verification, QC, etc. Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and PRICE software.
  • Desirable Qualification: Post Graduation in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management will be given preference.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01 October 2026 (cut-off date for age and experience calculation).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process for the Project Engineer (Civil) post at Centre for Management Development may include the following stages:
  • Written Test (if shortlisted candidates exceed the screening threshold)
  • Proficiency Test (assessing technical skills in AutoCAD, project management tools, etc.)
  • Interview (final merit-based selection)
