Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Accountant: B.Com degree with minimum 55% marks. Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates require a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Age Limit: Minimum age 21 years, maximum age 35 years as on the notification date.
  • Age Relaxation: 5 years relaxation for Chhattisgarh local youth, making the upper age limit 45 years.

  • The selection is based on a marks-based evaluation. The total marks and final merit method are not specified in the official notification. The components are as follows:
  • Computer Practical Exam Clause: Candidates are called for the computer practical examination category-wise in the ratio of 1:10. A candidate absent from the practical examination is automatically disqualified. Marks are awarded only on the basis of certificates attached with the original application. No new education or experience certificates are accepted after the preliminary list is published. Claims and objections are limited to the correction of clerical errors only. No representation beyond clerical corrections is accepted.

  • B.Com Degree Certificate and All Consolidated Mark Sheets
  • Self-attested photocopies of all required documents
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead for Government Rural Development Schemes (if claiming experience marks)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • How to Apply (Offline): Candidates must download the application form from www.raipur.gov.in, fill it carefully with correct information, attach self-attested copies of all required documents, and send the completed form via Speed Post / Registered Post to the address mentioned in the notification. The application must reach before 15 October 2026. Candidates should retain a photocopy of the submitted application form for future reference.
