Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Research Assistant (1 Post): Essential: ME / M.Tech / M.Sc in Environment Engineering, Environment Science, Atmospheric Sciences, Electronic Communication & Engineering, or allied discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Desirable: Minimum 01 year of research experience in the field of environment / climate change / air pollution / public health. Preference: NET qualified candidates will be given preference. Candidate should have experience in handling large datasets. Self-motivated candidate with ability to converse, present, write academic papers/reports, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of submitted Bio-data and documents.
  • Date, time, and mode of the interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via email.
  • Final selection will be based on the interview performance and verification of original documents.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Application Form (as prescribed in the official notice), duly filled, signed with declaration.
  • Bio-data / CV.
  • Attested copies of all Educational Qualification Certificates and Mark Sheets.
  • Attested copies of Work Experience Certificates / Research Experience proof.
  • Attested copies of Publications (if any).
  • One recent Passport-size photograph affixed on the Application Form.
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Fill the prescribed Google Form (https://forms.gle/cU6tbzA9mjUQjEJ57) before submitting the application through email.
  • Send a copy of the application to [email protected] and submit hard copy to Room No. 227 latest by 16 November 2026, before 2:00 PM.
  • Important: This is a temporary, contract-based research position co-terminus with the project tenure (initially 01 year or until project completion, whichever is earlier). It does not confer any claim to permanency or regular absorption in the University.
