SBI PO Selection Process & Exam Pattern 2026

• The SBI PO selection process is a three-phase rigorous evaluation:
• Phase-I: Preliminary Examination – Objective test of 100 marks (English, Quant, Reasoning) in 1 hour.
• Phase-II: Main Examination – Objective test of 200 marks (Reasoning & Computer, Data Analysis, General Awareness, English) + Descriptive Test of 30 marks (3 hrs 30 mins).
