Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualification

• Graduate Apprentice: Candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in any stream from a recognized university or institution.
• Degree Apprentice: Candidates must hold any undergraduate degree from a recognized university or institution.
• Technician Apprentice: Candidates must have completed a 3-year diploma course in any stream from a recognized polytechnic.
• Technician Apprentice (Vocational): Candidates must hold a valid Vocational qualification pass certificate.
• Trade Apprentice (ITI): Candidates must hold an ITI pass certificate (two-year or one-year course as applicable).
• Common Eligibility Clause: Only those who have passed the qualifying examination within the last 5 years are eligible to attend the walk-in selection.
• Reservation: As per Government of India rules for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, and other applicable categories.

Selection Process and Screening Clause

• The selection is conducted entirely through a walk-in interview process. Candidates must report to the designated venue on or before the stipulated date and time. The specific stages are as follows:
• Reporting Deadline: Candidates who report or register on or before 11:00 AM will only be permitted to attend the selection interview. Late arrivals will not be allowed.
• Apprenticeship Registration Verification: Candidates must carry and produce their valid Apprenticeship Registration Number (NATS or NAPS) at the time of walk-in selection.
• Document Verification: Original and attested photocopies of educational certificates will be verified at the venue.
• Interview / Selection: The selection is conducted at the walk-in venue (SARGAM Hall, Peroorkada Factory).
• No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.
• Canvassing Clause: Canvassing in any form will be treated as a disqualification.
