• Transport Sector Expert:Essential Qualification (one of the following):Master's Degree in Shipping Management, Maritime Studies, Port and Shipping Management, Maritime Transport, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management; ORMBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialisation in Shipping, Maritime Management or Logistics.Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (mandatory) in shipping and maritime transport sector after obtaining the highest qualification. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing projects and conducting stakeholder engagement. Internship/training experience will not be counted.Desirable: Advanced diploma/degree in Shipping, Maritime Management, Port Operations, Maritime Transport, Logistics or related field; published research papers or publications in the relevant field.Skills: Stakeholder management, research and policy brief preparation, report drafting, National/State planning knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Language: Excellent spoken and written English, skills in the State-specific language, and ability to communicate in a multi-cultural environment.
