Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Age Limit: Maximum 64 years as on 30 November 2026.
  • Target Audience: Retired Government and PSU employees.
  • Asstt. Team Leader (Civil/Electrical): Graduate degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years' experience including 5 at executive level.
  • Manager / Assistant Manager Posts: Graduate or Diploma in relevant Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical). Minimum 3 years' experience as Sr./Jr. Engineer post-retirement or equivalent.
  • Disqualification: Candidates penalized with major penalty in last 10 years or minor penalty in last 5 years are ineligible.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection is based on scrutiny of application and suitability for the post.
  • The engagement is strictly for retired officials; active railway employees are not eligible.
  • The decision of RITES Limited in selecting candidates is final and binding.
