Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• All candidates must possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university under a regular curriculum. Specific experience requirements for each rank are as follows:
• Manager Rank: Minimum 5 years of work experience in banking, in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above.
• Senior Manager Rank: Minimum 8 years of banking experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial cadre at the level of Manager.
• Assistant Vice President (AVP) Rank: Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial cadre at the level of Manager, 2 years at Senior Manager or equivalent cadre.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection process comprises two stages:
• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their eligibility, qualifications, and banking experience.
• Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
• Note: Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for complete details on the selection process and any applicable travel allowance (TA/DA) clauses.

• Candidates should bring the following documents in original, along with self-attested photocopies, for the interview/document verification:
• Proof of Date of Birth (10th/SSC Certificate).
• All Educational Qualification Certificates and Consolidated Mark Sheets.
• Detailed Resume/CV highlighting relevant banking experience.
• Experience Certificates from previous employers on official letterhead.
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
• Recent Passport-size Photograph.
• Any other documents as mentioned in the official notification.
