Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Daily Wage Junior Clerk: Must be a Graduate with knowledge of computers. Knowledge of government-recognised English and Marathi typing is mandatory.
  • Daily Wage Peon: Must have passed the 7th standard.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection is based on a Walk-in Interview.
  • Applicants will be screened for document verification.
  • The university will prepare a waiting list. Candidates are appointed only when the existing waiting list for the post is exhausted.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications).
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Application addressed to the Registrar, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
