Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Entomology with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Mandatory Certifications: Must have qualified NET or GATE.
• Desirable Experience: Prior research experience in the field of Entomology.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years; PH candidates get 5 years; In-service candidates of agricultural universities can apply up to 45 years.
• Other Conditions: Selected candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and execute an agreement on Rs. 15/- Non-judicial stamped paper before joining. A medical fitness certificate from the University CMO is mandatory.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Candidates will be selected purely through an Interview.
• The interview will be held on 20 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar.
• Candidates must bring original documents to the interview.
• No separate interview call letter will be issued.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Completed application proforma as per notification.
• Attested copies of all degree certificates and mark sheets.
• Experience certificates proving research work in Entomology (if available).
• Proof of NET/GATE qualification.
• Send the application to reach Office of the Head (Entomology), Department of Entomology, CCS HAU, Hisar by 19.11.2026 up to 4.00 PM.
