Selection Process & Empanelment Procedure

  • Walk-in Interview: Candidates must appear in person on the scheduled date and time at the Office of the respective Deans, MJPRU Bareilly. Reporting time is 10:00 AM each day.
  • Document Verification: Original and attested photocopies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, and the duly filled application form will be verified at the venue.
  • Empanelment by Selection Committee: A selection committee will prepare a panel of suitable candidates based on merit. Empanelment is subject to subsequent approval of the competent authority.
  • No Guarantee of Empanelment: Merely appearing for the walk-in interview does not guarantee empanelment. Empanelment depends purely on merit as recommended by the selection committee.
  • Important: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Duly filled application form downloaded from the MJPRU official website.
  • A printed application on plain paper providing a summary account of academic qualifications, experience, and all academic grades/scores.
  • Attested photocopies of all relevant documents — degree certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates, NET/SET/Ph.D. certificates (if applicable).
  • One recent passport-size photograph.
  • Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card).
  • Age proof and superannuation/retirement certificate (for retired teachers below 70 years).
  • Key Instructions:
  • The engagement is purely temporary — per-lecture basis for a tenure of 11 months for the session 2026-27.
  • The assignment does not provide any claim for regular appointment under any condition.
  • The honorarium shall be as per university norms, paid on a per-lecture basis only.
  • Candidates must reach the respective Dean's office by 10:00 AM on the scheduled interview date.
