Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Research Associate: Ph.D. in Electrochemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Candidates must demonstrate experience in cathode materials for Na-ion batteries.
• Hands-on experience with layered oxide synthesis and electrochemical characterization techniques is required.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years as on the prescribed date (candidates belonging to reserved categories may be eligible for age relaxation as per institute norms – refer to the notification PDF).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Step 1 – Email Application: Candidates must send their complete bio-data, self-attested documents, and application to the official email address before 06 November 2026.
• Step 2 – Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications, research experience, and relevance to the project on Na-ion battery cathode materials.
• Step 3 – Walk-in Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an in-person interview on 12 November 2026 at the IIT Indore campus, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Original documents must be carried for verification.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the walk-in interview.
• The appointment is project-based and contractual; it does not confer permanent employment status or pension benefits.
