• Chief Consultant (102 – Monitoring & Academic): Master’s in any subject (preferably Social Sciences/Education) or MBA/HR. 10 years experience.
• Consultant (201 – Policy & NEP 2020): Master’s in Social Sciences/Education/Public Policy/MBA. 8 years experience.
• Consultant (202 – Finance): CA/ICWA or Master’s in ABST/MBA (Finance). 8 years experience. Knowledge of Tally, PFMS desirable.
• Consultant (301 – ECCE & FLN): Master’s in Social Sciences/Education/Social Work. 5 years experience in ECCE/FLN.
• Consultant (302 – Quality & Teacher Performance): Master’s in Social Sciences/Education/B.Tech/MBA. 5 years experience in teacher education.
• Consultant (401 – Legal): LL.B (3 years exp) or LL.M (2 years exp). Bar Council enrollment desirable.
• Consultant (402 – Procurement): Master’s in ABST/MBA (Finance/Contract Management)/CA/ICWA. 4 years experience in procurement. Knowledge of GeM, GFR.
• Consultant (403 – Inclusive Education): Master’s in Social Sciences/Education/Special Education/MBA. 4 years experience in special education.

Salary & Benefits

• All positions are purely contractual (full-time) for an initial period of one year, extendable up to one more year based on performance. The consolidated fee includes all allowances. No extra benefits like DA, HRA, or pension. However, working with a CPSE offers prestige and exposure to government projects.
