Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • 1. General Manager - IBU (IFSC Banking Unit)
  • Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline OR Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBF with specialization in Finance/Banking/International Business or CFA/FRM/PRM.
  • Experience:15 years of experience in Officer Cadre of Public/Private/Foreign Banks.Minimum 3 years experience in any Offshore Banking Unit / Overseas Branch / IFSC Banking Unit.Current assignment must be either:(a) Deputy General Manager (or equivalent) with minimum 1 year in present cadre.(b) Assistant General Manager (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years in present cadre.Desirable: Exposure to Forex business or Global Trade Business on International Banking.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process for the General Manager (IBU) post will comprise the following stages:
  • Preliminary Screening of Applications: Applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria, qualification, and experience.
  • Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
  • Note: No Travelling Allowance/Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

  • Candidates appearing for the interview must bring the following original documents along with self-attested photocopies:
  • Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation/10th Certificate).
  • All educational qualification certificates and consolidated mark sheets.
  • Detailed Experience Certificates on official letterhead.
  • Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and a valid Photo ID proof.
  • Printout of the submitted online application form.
