Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Qualification: M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university/institute registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India.
• Experience/Cadre: Officers under Central/State Governments, Union Territories, Recognized Universities, Research Institutions, PSUs, Statutory or Autonomous Organizations holding analogous posts on regular basis in parent cadre/department; OR with two years' regular service in pay level-7 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
• Desirable Experience: 2 years of Clinical experience in Paediatrics or developmental assessment in infants and toddlers.
• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on the last date of receipt of applications (18.12.2026).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based on the assessment of Curriculum Vitae and supporting documents by the Selection Committee. Applications not received through proper channel, without supporting documents and photographs, unsigned, or incomplete will be rejected. No TA/DA will be paid.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Curriculum Vitae Proforma (Annexure-A) with duly attested photograph, countersigned by employer with seal.
• Up-to-date Annual Confidential Reports/APAR for the last five years.
• Integrity Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution.
• Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
• Statement of major/minor penalties in last 10 years or a no penalty certificate.
