Exam Pattern

• Mode: CBT / OMR. All questions objective MCQ. Each question = 3 marks; wrong answer = −1 mark. Language: Hindi/English. Duration per paper: 2 hours.

• General Studies: Current events, India/Jharkhand history-geography-polity-economy, scientific progress, awards, Constitution, Panchayati Raj, Five-Year Plans, neighbouring countries awareness.
• Jharkhand Knowledge: Geography, history, culture, languages/literature, minerals, industries, freedom movement contribution, schemes, sports, personalities.
• Mathematics / Science / Mental Ability: Matric-level arithmetic/algebra/geometry/trigonometry; everyday science; verbal & non-verbal reasoning.
• Mains Paper-1: Hindi & English unseen passage + grammar.
• Mains Paper-2: Chosen regional/tribal language grammar & literature as in brochure.
• Mains Paper-3: GS + Jharkhand + Science + Maths + Mental Ability + Computer Knowledge.
