Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.Pharm and M.Pharm with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH candidates) M.Pharm should be in a relevant specialization Candidates having qualified GPAT/GATE/Ph.D. Entrance Test or any National Entrance Test conducted by a Central Government Department will be preferred Preference to candidates having relevant research experience, publications and knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development
  • The fellowship is provided under an Industry Academia Research Grant sponsored by Impa Laboratories, under the supervision of Dr. Vandita Kakkar in the area of Pharmaceutical Formulation Development.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting of eligible candidates — based on marks obtained in B.Pharm and M.Pharm.
  • Interview — held in the office of Chairperson, UIPS, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Shortlisted candidates must bring all original documents to support their application at the time of interview.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
